Michael has spent 12 years as a commercial fisherman after growing up in a 'fishing' family in Queensland. With a wide range of experience across "Prawn Trawers, Reef Fishing and catching Mud Crab, Michael understands the importance of quality seafood and what is required to maintain premium quality from 'ocean to plate'. Having spent 3 years working in Mines in Western Queensland, many local people voiced the lack of quality available in their area. Ocean's Best Seafood aims to change that by servicing customers in those areas with the premium quality seafood that only Michael would serve on his own plate. Seafood will vary depending on seasons. Basic lines will be across fish, prawns, crabs and oysters. Michael is willing to try and source seafood delicacies upon request.
